Each Domino is divided into two parts one part with embossed dots and locking cutouts on 3sides and the other part with embossed figures and locking peg on one side.

If the quantity of the dots on one domino matches the quantity of the figures on the other domino the locking peg on the domino can lock the locking cutouts on any of the 3 sides of the other domino.
